11. Cook Healthy Food
At the end of the day, there’s no amount of exercise you can do to keep fit if you’re not eating properly. Sometimes, eating out every day might not be good for you as the food can be too greasy or the portions too big.
In that case, you should consider cooking your own food. Most hostels have kitchens where you can let your inner chef take over and create healthy meals. A good idea is to find a weekly farmer’s market selling fresh produce, pick the right ingredients, and work your magic.
