13. Hit the Gym
Don’t forget that, unless you’re going extremely off the beaten track, people all over the world like to exercise in the same way as you do. So, it shouldn’t be too difficult for you to find a gym near your hostel.
Most gyms offer a day or weekly pass, so you can use the equipment as if you were a member. Sometimes, you might even have access to the swimming pool or some interesting local activity, like capoeira or street dance. So, you might go to the gym thinking about lifting some weights and end up falling love with a new power dance!
