12. Stretch Every Day
Another thing you can do on your travels to keep fit is stretching every day. Like other exercises, you don’t need a lot of space to do some stretching, so you don’t need to worry about finding the perfect place to do it.
It’s particularly important to stretch if you’re going on a long bike ride or day hike, as it can prevent injuries and minimize muscle soreness. You should also consider doing some yoga, seeing that many of the positions are designed for a full body stretch, improving your flexibility, and strengthening your muscles.
