8. Get a Good Night’s Sleep
Lack of sleep can decrease your energy levels, affect your mood, and even cause memory problems. If you’re always groggy, you’re more likely to miss flights or strain your relationships, as your fuse might be a lot shorter.
As hard as it may sound, you should try to create a sleeping routine when you’re traveling. If you decide to go out, don’t be Superman and wake up early to visit a museum or a new attraction, just sleep in and let your body rest.
