4. Seychelles
Seychelles is located 1,500 km off the coast of Africa, close to Madagascar and Reunion Islands. It’s comprised of 115 islands with a total population of around 92,000 people. The nation is famous for its paradise-like beaches and impressive wildlife.
As a world leader in sustainable tourism, nearly half of Seychelles land area is under natural conservation. Tourists can see the giant Aldabra tortoises, sometimes weighing up to 110 kg, or the now protected Seychelles black parrot, the national bird of the country.
