The Point Vincente lighthouse is certainly worth the trip north of California’s Los Angeles Harbor. Built in 1926, the structure stands 67 feet tall and sits on the edge of a 130-foot cliff. The lens used in the Point Vincente Lighthouse, which was hand crafted in France in 1910, is still fully functional. The site was also featured in season 25 of the popular reality television show The Amazing Race.
