Global temperatures would rise
Even if the goals of the Paris Agreement are met, by the year 2050, scientists predict that the worldwide mean temperature will increase by 0.5°-1.6°F, but will stabilize by the end of this century. If the Paris Agreement’s objectives are not met as Trump would have it, the global mean temperature would rise 1.6-3.1°F by 2050 and reach an unthinkable increase of 1.6-3.1°F by 2090.
Such a drastic rise in temperature would cause a multitude of problems, all of which would threaten human survival on earth.
