Vegemite – Australia
We couldn’t finish this article without mentioning wonderful, tasty vegemite. If you ever find yourself in Australia, toast some bread and slather this stuff on top.
Made from leftover brewer’s yeast extract, vegemite is bitter and salty. Spread it on toast, crackers, biscuits, and crumpets. You can also pour yourself a bowl of cereal, grab a cup of fruit, or a cup of coffee to accompany your vegemite delicacy.
