Jben
Jben is a traditional goat cheese from Chefchaouen, Morocco. It’s a fresh cheese that’s made by first preparing the curds, then adding salt to preserve them, before forming it into shapes. Jben is often eaten for breakfast, drizzled with olive oil, and served with msemen, which is a light, flat pancake eaten frequently throughout Morocco.
