2. Slacklining – Yosemite Valley, USA
Nowadays, as long as there’s a clear day, two trees, and tensioned webbing, someone will be slacklining somewhere in the world. The sport was created in 1979 by Adam Grosowsky, with the first World Championship being held in 2008. The Yosemite Valley is a popular place to practice highlining, when the webbing or rope is suspended high above the ground (over 800 meters).
