Panang Gai
Panang Gai is a typical Thai dish bursting with flavors of red curry paste, fresh spices, and coconut. Pieces of chicken are then mixed into the sauce, and the whole thing is served over rice. Usually, this dish is then garnished with thinly-sliced kaffir lime leaves, to give it a pop of citrus freshness.
