The Most Exciting Restaurants of 2018
| July 4, 2018
Bibendum – London
Bibendum has one of the most interesting-looking restaurant exteriors in the entire world. It’s located within a gigantic old factory which used to produce Michelin tires, and features tons of stained glass panes with the bulbous, dancing Michelin man etched in colored glass. Bibendum was recently taken over by Chef Claude Bosi, who has put his French spin on Bibendum’s menu. His cuisine focuses on pairing unique ingredients together like in his tripe and cuttlefish gratin.
