The World’s Most Beautiful Private Homes

Franchuk Villa – London, England

Franchuk Villa, which is located in London’s posh Kensington neighborhood, was recently purchased by Elena Pinchuk (formerly Elena Franchuk), a wealthy Ukrainian businesswoman. Pinchuk bought the house in 2008, for the unbelievable sum of $113 million.

Before Pinchuk closed on the house, there were extensive modifications put in to lure buyers, including an underground swimming pool and movie theater. The continual construction did not go over well with the neighbors, who reportedly resented the constant interruptions. In addition to these modern upgrades, the home also has 10 bedrooms scattered across five floors, a sauna, and a fully equipped private gym.
