8. The Killer Hitchhiker
Another story says that a woman getting gas for her car tells the attendant that she’s on the way to pick up her child from class. A man approaches her and says his car has broken down and that he needs a lift to a place near where her daughter’s class is being held. She agrees, and he puts his briefcase in the back of the car and goes to the bathroom. She forgets he’s coming along, drives off, and later finds duct tape and a knife in his bag.
