18. Protect Your Supplies While Traveling
Especially in hot areas, there’s a risk your insulin could go bad. If you’re traveling with glass vials, it could get smashed. Pack smart and bring aids (like lunch boxes with ice packs) to help keep everything in good shape.
Pro tip: If you put your ice packs in a fridge with the hotel or at the hostel, write yourself literally a thousand sticky notes/phone alerts/etc. to make sure you get it out before you leave. Trust me.
