Tower Bridge is a combined bascule and suspension bridge that opened well over 100 years ago, in June of 1984. The bridge is unique in that it’s bookended by two bridge towers, connected via an upper and lower level. And, if smiling in front of one of the two towers isn’t enough for you, you can stroll along the upper-level walkways for a slight fee.
