The Best and Worst Airlines Flying Today
| March 5, 2018
4. EasyJet
EasyJet is a popular low-cost airline based out of the United Kingdom — one of many low-cost European carriers that have exploded in popularity over the last decade.
While you may be expecting a low-budget airline to cut corners, what most people complained about with EasyJet isn’t their lack of amenities — it’s their customer service. They regularly delay reimbursing their passengers for delayed or cancelled flights, and have been involved in several lawsuits regarding their treatment of disabled passengers.
Since most of their flights are short-haul, they have replaced meal service on their flights with the option to purchase pre-packaged snacks.
