Pear with Blue Cheese
Another one of Salt & Straw’s creative flavors that they’ve become known for throughout the West Coast is Pear with Blue Cheese. This Portland-based ice creamery takes pride in using fresh, local ingredients. This flavor includes Oregon pears and pieces of Rogue Creamery’s Crater Lake Blue Cheese, and tastes like a rich, savory cheesecake with occasional pops of sweet pear nectar.
Also located in Portland is Salt & Straw ice cream founded in 2011. It has become one of the most famous ice cream shops in the U.S. with crazy flavors like lavender honey, honey balsamic strawberry with cracked pepper, and pear with blue cheese ????? #exploregon pic.twitter.com/nGzQ4l3rcc
