8. Blood Pudding
While this might not be the most enjoyable dish to cook, it is easy as blood can be bought from most butchers in Sweden. Blood pudding involves baking the blood with flour and spices, then slicing and frying the sliced pudding. This dish is traditionally served with — you guessed it — lingonberries. A great place to try blood pudding is at Tradition, a popular Stockholm restaurant located in Gamla Stan (Old Town).
