9. Raggmunk
One of the most popular dishes in Sweden is potato pancakes (raggmunk in Swedish) topped with lingonberries and thick-cut bacon or salted pork. This is a very typical dish in winter, when potatoes are starchy enough to form proper pancakes. The interplay between the sweet berry jam and the salt from the pork is what makes this such an enticing dish. Plus, it’s simple to throw together, and can easily feed a crowd.
