Despite being home to the respectable Rutgers University, New Brunswick has still been named as one of the duller American cities. Almost 35.6% of adult residents did not complete high school, while only 19.6% have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher.

It doesn’t sound as though Rutgers grads are staying in New Jersey. Can you blame them?
