Ratatouille
Ratatouille is a traditional dish from the Provencal region of France, made from stewed vegetables. Typically, ratatouille will contain zucchini, tomatoes, onions, eggplant, peppers, and herbs. Many chefs insist that the vegetables must be chopped to a similar size and layered together before cooking, but others are more relaxed and simply sauté the vegetables before baking them in an oven.
