Bún Chả
Bun refers to thin rice noodles also known in English as vermicelli, which are incredibly popular in Vietnam. The dish bún chả features these noodles as an integral ingredient. The soft rice noodles are topped with savory, smoky grilled pork meatballs, and finished with bean sprouts, lettuce, and herbs.
Finally, delicious nước chấm is poured over top. Even though it’s dead simple to prepare, this dish represents the best of Vietnamese cuisine – a small amount of simple, fresh ingredients that come together to create a unique culinary experience.
