10. Tawawachan
A mascot that represents the Kyoto Tower, Tawawachan meets up with fans on the structure’s observation deck. With a huge round head (and a tower poking atop it), Tawawachan has a shocked look on her face, and she wears traditional dress that a Kyoto female would don. The yuru-kyara is said to know how to play the harp well and debuted about 13 years ago.
