In the last decade, ramen has made a name for itself all over the world and with good reason! Ramen originally comes from Japan, but it’s delicious flavors translate –  even if you don’t know a word of Japanese.

Ramen can be made a number of different ways, but it most commonly consists of wheat noodles, which are cooked in a variety of broths. These include salt broths (shio), or soy sauce based broths (shoyu). Other ingredients are added to the deep bowls of soup including favorites like sliced pork, seaweed flakes, and green onion.
