The Olympic Park is a desolate wasteland. Fisht Stadium, the Bolshoy Ice Dome, and the Tulip Inn are gathering dust and many of the investors who funded the projects have already dumped the assets and moved on. The legacy of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi lives on, sure. But its legacy is one of crumbling infrastructure, dusty buildings, and a whole lot of debt.
