15 Places That Still Practice Ritual Killings

Germany

A married German couple were found to have committed a ritualistic killing in 2001 in which they stabbed a 33-year-old man 66 times with a machete. The remains were found in the couple’s apartment next to a black coffin and surrounded by upside-down crosses, fake human skulls and Nazi SS rune stones.

The couple, who supposedly met in an occult chat room, were apprehended by police while en route to spend their honeymoon at Dracula’s Castle in Transylvania. During the trial, they claimed that they had killed the man on the order of Satan, but the court didn’t buy their excuse and convicted the couple for the killing.
