Yuenyeung – Hong Kong
Yuenyeung is a really popular drink in Hong Kong, made of primarily Hong Kong milk tea, with a little bit of coffee added in. The resulting drink is sweet, with just a little bit of coffee flavor.
It’s so popular in Hong Kong that Starbucks started selling a version of their Frappuccino called the Yuen Yeung Frappuccino Blended Cream. The drink was first served by drink vendors in open air markets, but has since moved into cafes and restaurants as it gained in popularity.
