Rivella

Another popular regional soft drink in Europe is Rivella, which was first manufactured in Switzerland. Like Almdudler, it mostly comes second to Coca-Cola in terms of market shares in its home country—it’s the second-most popular beverage in Switzerland, but can also be found in the border regions of neighboring countries like France, Liechtenstein, and Germany. Rivella is made with milk whey and herbal extracts, which is thought to make it nominally healthier than the average soft drink. It’s also available in varieties flavored with add-ins like mango, green tea, and rhubarb.
