3. Sauna and Sausages – Estonia
Tons of Nordic Europeans can’t live without their sauna, and Estonians are no different. In fact, it’s a Christmas tradition to have a sauna with the whole family on Christmas. It warms you right up and you can sweat out your discomfort from all of the rich food you ate – which, if you’re in Estonia, will probably include a generous helping of traditional blood sausage, known in Estonian as verivorstid.
