Forfar Bridie
Bridies are a Scottish snack food that are basically giant pockets of dough filled with savory stew. Similar to a pastry or a turnover, it’s a great on-the-go food because they can be eaten hot or cold, and it’s a complete meal – no need for cutlery. This particular type of bridie was created in the town of Forfar, and contains steak, suet, and onions.
