Sujeonggwa
This festive punch, called sujeonggwa, is often served during the holidays, or after a formal meal to aid digestion. It’s made with cinnamon and ginger, and can be garnished with dried fruit, like persimmon or jujube. Serve it hot or cold, and see which way you like best!
