Pulpo a la Gallega
Pulpo a la Gallega is a popular Galician dish, which features octopus as a main ingredient. Galicia is located along the northwest coast of Spain, and seafood is a major part of the regional cuisine. This dish is simple but the preparation can make or break it – it’s just boiled octopus dressed with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
A town called Lugo, in Galicia, is known for their local restaurants which prepare excellent pulpo a la Gallega, including Catro Ruas and Bar la Queimada.
