10. Garlic Fries

Another fun regional dish that’s extremely popular in Seattle is garlic fries. They first appeared on the concessions menu at Safeco Field, home of the Seattle Mariners. Made of French fries covered in olive oil and chopped garlic, the indulgent dish is garlicky and delicious. If you want to try make your own garlic fries, make sure your fries are extremely crispy, or they won’t stand up to the oil and garlic toppings. Top them with some parsley for a bit of green freshness.
