Slurp It Up: The Best Ramen Restaurants in the World

4. Matador – Kita-Senju, Tokyo
Another ramen-ya that made waves as soon as it opened is Matador. They made the front page of Tokyo Ramen of the Year magazine within a few months of opening.
The bowl that put them on the map is their luxurious roast beef ramen, which is made with beef broth and thick, curly noodles topped with huge slices of rare roast beef, green onions, and if you’re feeling extra-hungry you can order yours with an egg and extra stewed beef. The bowl will run you around $11 USD, which is more expensive than the average bowl, but definitely worth the extra money.
