1. They Take Lots of Showers

Before you think excessive showering is insane, you have to remember it’s not uncommon for temperatures in Brazil to reach over 104⁰F throughout the summer. If you don’t have powerful air conditioning, you’ll be sweating from the time you wake up until the time you get back home.

With that in mind, it’s not unreasonable to have a shower as soon as you get up and another one before you go to sleep. If you’re not working and it’s unusually hot, you might as well take another shower during lunch time, too, just to cool down a bit!
