Another traditional Mexican soup is pozole. There are tons of different types of pozole, made with various types of salsas. Plus, you can customize each version even further by topping it with your favorite toppings.

Pozole was originally an Aztec dish, made of hominy and (if historical accounts are to be believed) human flesh! Now, less cannibalistic meats are used, like pork and chicken. Garnish with sliced radishes, shredded cabbage, plenty of lime wedges, tortilla chips, and enjoy.
