Pambazo
If you’ve ever wanted a sandwich and just couldn’t add enough hot sauce to get it spicy enough for you, you should probably try a pambazo. Pambazo is a type of Mexican sandwich bread, but it’s also the name of a special type of Mexican sandwich.
To make a pambazo sandwich, the bread is filled with a mixture of potatoes and chorizo, then dunked in a guajillo chile sauce before being fried until crispy. The sandwich is then garnished with shredded lettuce, cheese, and crema.
