7. Yakitori
Yakitori chefs are truly the masters of their craft, using every single bit of the chicken to produce the different varieties of their savory and succulent chicken skewers. Although it may seem like chicken on a stick is an easy dish to cook, there are plenty of variations as there are options for each type of meat — light meat or dark, gizzards or other organs — as well as options for flavoring.
