Feijoada, often called the national dish of Brazil, is a thick bean stew, prepared in a clay pot. The dish is Portuguese in origin, and is found in other countries that were colonized by the Portuguese, but in Brazil, there’s a version called Feijoada à Brasileira that’s most common.
