6. Coxinha
These delicious chicken croquettes are a staple of Brazilian snack time. Made of a potato-based dough surrounding a delicious mixture of pulled chicken and onions, these coxinhas are shaped like little chicken drumsticks, rolled in breadcrumbs, then fried in oil until crispy. Their size varies depending on where you get them, but bigger ones make a pretty decent meal on their own. Brazilians often enjoy theirs dipped in hot sauce, with a cold beer on the side.
